BricTec's Mechanical Brick Façade

We use and work closely with what we believe is the best mechanical slip brick façade system on the market, ensuring your building is built with quality and to schedule. Using natural clay slip bricks, there’s a huge range of colours available.

Mechanical Slip brick facades.

The Installation of the mechanical slip brick systems we use are installed up to 3 x faster than traditional brick laying. One of the main advantages is that it can be installed during wet weather and the pointing up process can be done once the dry weather returns.
With a large selection of natural clay slip bricks, you will have no issue finding the right colour for your project. The grooved cement particle Board provides quality assured installation with an A1 fire rating and is completely water proof which allows us to install below DPC. Another consideration is the cavities are always free from debris, maximising ventilation.
Ensuring your brick façade is plumb, level and installed with quality is all part of prompt modular’s process from the very start of any buildings construction. we make sure all our timber frame kits are built level and plumb, which makes life easier when installing the slip systems.

Timber Frame systems & structural insulated panels.

When considering a number of traditional forms of construction and the time it takes to build them, engineered timber products out perform them all, from delivery to commissioned kits, this rapid installation process can be completed in days rather than weeks or months.

Modern methods of construction (MMC) are becoming more popular due to there off site manufacturing process. This enables design and manufacturing to commence as ground works and services are been carried out increasing productivity and identifying any potential clashes.
Depending on sites location, access and site conditions this will determine the sizes of the delivery which is generally organised through the manufacturers contracts manage. Deliveries and lifting equipment are arranged around the sites schudule with communications from the site agent or project manage.
